I am a massage therapist who focuses on increasing range of motion and decreasing pain using mindful and intuitive techniques which includes myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and deep tissue massage. Working slowly and with intention allows for therapeutic depth but with less pain. With communication, pressure can be adjusted to suit each client's preference.
